As with all things, standard manufacturers warranties apply and Western Australian laws. But on the work we do, we say we’re responsible for it for the life of the product if our actions have caused an issue.

Sometimes our busy schedules and lives get in the way and we don’t get back to you as quick as you would like.

In short, no. We believe that we have the best price for the best service. There are a lot of people out there that are saying they can do something and sometimes they can’t. That’s usually reflected in being significantly cheaper.
There’s also factors like being part of a national and international chain that has significant group buying power. These quotes can sometimes be cheaper than what we can provide. However, I would challenge you to find a company like that who will provide a lifetime warranty on their workmanship.
We’re not saying it’s a straight out no, but there are a lot of factors to take into account, but as a general rule, the price you get from us is our best price.
We’re totally up for that, as long as they’re licensed and competent.
We can work with any other trade that you have organised.
There are some caveats around that though, such as our workmanship warranty and scheduling. But, we’re happy to work with you in any way we can.
